If a piece is not right for you, message us on WhatsApp within 3 days of delivery and we will help you exchange it.
Exchange window
Exchanges are accepted within 3 days of delivery, subject to availability of the size or colour you want.
Item condition
Items must be unworn and unwashed, with tags attached and no marks, perfume or damage.
Final sale
Sale pieces, bodysuits and swim-style items cannot be exchanged for hygiene reasons.
Damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, send us a photo on WhatsApp and we will make it right.
